Delivery
The mattress is compressed and rolled for medium-large parcel delivery.
Freedom-Air Setup
- Position the Rolled Mattress: Place the rolled mattress onto your bed frame. Ensure the cables are facing up and pointing toward the foot of the bed so you don't have to rotate it later.
- Remove Outer Packaging: Use the provided cutting tool to slice the outer plastic packaging. Be careful to cut only the plastic, not the mattress fabric.
- Unfold the Mattress: Remove the initial plastic encasement so the mattress can unfold.
- Remove Inner Layer: Remove the secondary protective encasement. (Optional: Allow the mattress a bit of time to acclimate to room temperature to fully expand the edge support.)
- Plug In Power: Locate the power cord and remotes bundled at the head of the bed. Plug the power cord into a surge protector.
- Inflate the Bed: Press the BEDFILL button on either remote. The bed will automatically inflate to its maximum firmness setting (50 mmHg).
- Adjust & Save: Use the remotes to adjust the firmness to your preference in increments of 1, then press the MEMORY button to save your setting.

Setup is as simple as unrolling the mattress and plugging it into an outlet—making it perfect for both home bed frames and tight quarters like RVs.
