Shipping Process:

• Once your order is confirmed, our team will promptly prepare your products for shipment. The time necessary to prepare for shipment will vary depending on the product.  Mattresses usually require 2-4 days for final assembly and boxing before shipment.  

• You will receive an email notification with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

• Orders are shipped via ground service, and transit times may vary depending on your location.

Delivery:

• All orders are trackable, and you can monitor the progress of your shipment through the tracking number provided.

• We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather or carrier issues.
