We offer free ground shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders typically take 2-4 business days to handle.
Once shipped via ground service, which usually takes an additional 3-7 business days for transit, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not always available and requires contacting our customer service beforehand for special arrangements and costs.
Innerspring Mattresses
These fine crafted innerspring mattresses are built-to-order, so the process begins once you place your order.
The handcrafting and production typically take 1-2 weeks to complete.
After the mattress is fully built, it will be shipped directly to you via freight pallet. Transit via freight generally takes an additional 1-2 weeks, depending on your location. The freight company will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment, as the delivery is curbside (meaning you will be responsible for bringing the mattress inside your home).

Quick Guide: Mattress-in-a-Box Setup
Accepting Delivery
Check the exterior of the box for major damage (punctures, tears) before accepting it. Immediately move the heavy box to the exact room where the mattress will be used.
Preparation
Clear your bed frame and have the box ready near the foundation. Get scissors (or a safety cutter); no knives.
Unboxing
Remove the rolled mattress from the box and place the still-wrapped roll onto the bed frame. Cut the outer plastic and unroll the mattress flat. Carefully cut the final vacuum-sealed plastic bag to begin expansion. Remove all plastic.
Completion
Allow 24-72 hours for the mattress to fully expand. If you need to use it sooner, sleeping on the mattress will help it expand faster due to the warmth of your body heat.

Quick Guide: Mattress-on-a-Pallet Setup
Step 1
Mattress is received completely assembled in a heavy-duty mattress box, which is attached to a supporting pallet with packing straps.
Step 2
Cut the packing straps.
Step 3
Lift the top of the mattress box to reveal the mattress, safely wrapped in plastic. Remove the plastic and carry the mattress to your bed frame.
Step 4
Carefully lay the mattress on your bed frame, and you are good to go!

Transportation
We seal your mattress in protective bags for hygiene, then strap and pad it within our vehicle to eliminate friction during transit.
Delivery
Your mattress is delivered directly to your room of choice.
Setup
The delivery team will set up your mattress, including placing it on the bed frame or foundation.
Old Mattress Removal
The delivery team will remove your old mattress for disposal.
Packaging Removal
All packaging materials are taken away.
