At SleepPros, we understand that finding the perfect mattress is a personal experience, and sometimes, it might not be the right fit for everyone. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns:

Mattresses: We offer a 120-night sleep trial on all mattresses. If you’re not satisfied, you can initiate a return at any point during the trial period.

Bedding: You may return unopened bedding (sheets, pillows, toppers, covers, and comforters) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Bedding must be unopened and returned in its original packaging.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving your returned item(s), our team will inspect the condition of the product(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If everything is in order, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items:

Mattress Protectors & Accessories: Mattress protectors, pillows, and other accessories are non-returnable once opened or used.

Final Sale Items: All sales of clearance, discontinued, and floor model items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Adjustable Base: The adjustable base is a final sale item and non-returnable. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase before finalizing your order.

Shipping & Handling: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Sleep Trial Details:
For mattresses, we offer a 120-night sleep trial. During this period, we recommend you try out your new mattress and get a feel for it. If you're not satisfied with your mattress, you may initiate the return process prior to the end of the 120-day trial. Please note that the sleep trial period begins on the day of delivery.
